ISCPersistenceUnit::ReportDesigner

Here is the signature for the ReportDesigner function:

HRESULT ReportDesigner([in] VARIANT RDModelPath, 
[in] VARIANT RDSolutionFilePath, 
[in] VARIANT RDOutputPath, 
[in] VARIANT RDExportFormat, 
[out, retval] VARIANT_BOOL *ppVal);

This API does not generate the diagram picture.
